Active Pursuit

At mid term, the professor must submit a grade that reflects the performance of each student. Students who DO NOT demonstrate “active pursuit” of the course will receive an ADW and will automatically be withdrawn from the class.

ì “Active pursuit” consists of attendance at a majority of chapter lectures and

attendance at both Exams 1 and 2.

í “Active pursuit” also consists of timely submission of a majority of graded homework.

Late homework WILL NOT receive credit.

You are expected to be in class at the beginning of the period.

Regular attendance insures student success and achievement.

The comprehensive final exam and passing an exit test are required to receive college credit.
