Optional Replacement for the
Alder Planetarium Field Trip

Research:     Select a specific topic among the general topics listed below.  Use the Internet to research your topic and gather information using copy-paste methods to a wordprocessor.  Note that the Web sites listed below are only a start.  Use links to find other information relevant to your topic.

Write:   Write a two-page (no more than three pages) report using full sentences and paragraphs with single-spaced lines and one-inch margins.  Always place “Internet sentences in quotations” and follow with a copy-paste of the [Internet Site] in brackets.  Place any pictures or graphics at the end of the report, one per page and labeled them Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.

Deadline:   Your report will be due on the date field trip reports are collected.  They will be evaluated for the same number of points given field trips.  Internet Research Reports will be evaluated on following: adherence to required form above, writing quality, and proper use of English.
