Students should bring their hand weights to class;. Wright will provide the step equipment. Beginners and enthusiasts are welcome. Class meets for one hour, twice a week for 7 weeks. $60 |

| Kick
Boxing Aerobics
A low impact, high intensity workout that focuses on preventing injury and working out at your target heart rate. These controlled, low-impact, aerobic kick-boxing moves, along with 15 minutes of floor work will help you achieve a total body workout. For all ages and levels. Our instructor has 20-plus years experience in working with all levels and will teach you how to work out at the level that is right for you. Bring a water bottle and a towel. 14 sessions. $60 |

One Hour Power Class
ALL AGES & FITNESS LEVELS-This is a non-impact aerobic workout combined with toning and stretching to achieve a total body workout. We will work on reaching your target heart rate to get the greatest fat burning benefits. We focus strongly on preventing injury, using controlled non-impact hight energy aerobic moves as well as specific toning and stretching to accomplish this. No matter what your age or fitness level, you will see and feel results quickly. Students should bring a towel, water bottle and an old tie or belt to assist with stretching. 14 sessions. $60 |
