This course is designed
to educate the student seeking loan originator training with which he/she can satisfactorily complete
examination for Loan Originator Licensure and registration with the Department of Financial and
Professional Regulation (DFPR) for the State of Illinois. The use of instructional participation
(classroom), required reading, handouts, lab exercises, and practical training affords the student
the best opportuntiy to become a successful and true professional in the field of loan origination.

This course is designed for those interested in the mortgage industry, but prefer a salaried position with a licensed mortgage company, brokerage, or other lender. Participants will study the types of loans available in today's market, the documents required to complete and submit a loan package, and state-of-the-art software recognized and used by the industry. 24 hrs. $250
