Register by Phone, Fax, Online or Walk-In!

Spring 2007 registration: Begins November 22.

Unfortunately when too many people wait until the last minute to register, classes may be canceled by the Administration. To avoid disappointment, please register early.

Instructions:

Step 1: View classes offered by accessing our catalogs:

Step 2: Locate the class that you are interested in and write down the Class #

Step 3: Search the my.ccc.edu website for class availability

open Internet Explorer and type http://my.ccc.edu in the address bar
click enter
click on the Available to Guests:
Spring 2007 Schedule of Classes link
Accept the City Colleges of Chicago default and select Spring 2007 as appropriate term of interest
Click the Advanced Search button
Type in the Class # in the Class # field
Click the Search button
Check the Avail # to see how many seats are available (if the class did not display at the time of search that means that there are no seats available)
Choose your registration method based on whether you are a new or returning student

New Students:

Fax: Print out our registration form https://projects.ccc.edu/regpage/index.jsp.. Complete all sections. Dial 773/ 481-8817 or 773/481-8896 (Business, Computer courses only). Requires credit card information. Visa or MasterCard.

Online: https://projects.ccc.edu/regpage/index.jsp. (Business Computer courses only) Requires credit card information. Visa or MasterCard.

Walk-In (Available to both New & Returning Students): In-person registration is accepted in Room A120, the Center for Lifelong Learning's main office:

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
No registration on Saturdays or Sundays.

(Please Note: Office hours will vary due to holidays. We suggest you call 773/481-8976 to confirm these times.)

All student information (including Social Security number and a valid email address) is needed when registering.

Returning Students:

My.CCC.edu web registration allows returning students to:

Register for classes (add/drop)
Check outstanding balance and make full payment using a credit card (VISA or Mastercard only)
Check status of registration and financial aid holds
Check class schedule for a selected term
Check grades for a selected term

To use My.CCC.edu, returning students must know their:

Student ID Number: All students have a new Student ID Number (9 digits) Your Student ID Number is a unique number that has been assigned to you by your college. It is not your Social Security Number. If you do not know your Student ID Number, visit the Registrar's Office (Room A129, 4300 N. Narragansett) to obtain it

Student Username: To login My.CCC.edu, you must know your Student Username. This can be retrieved online at My.CCC.edu by entering your Student ID Number and your birthday. Your Student User Name is also your email address without the @student.ccc.edu.

Student PIN: This 6-digit number is used to access the My.CCC.edu phone registration system. Your default PIN is your birthday (MMDDYY). You can change your Student PIN in My.CCC.edu by clicking Personal Portfolio/PIN.
