Supervisory/Management Skills & Customer Service Supervisory/Management Skills Business & Industry Services has partnered with DDI and AchieveGlobal (formerly Zenger Miller) to provide programming that focuses on the leadership challenges everyone faces today. Programs are designed to develop practical skills for anticipating, preventing and overcoming obstacles on the job. Programming teaches employees to serve customers both inside and outside the organization and provides the basic interpersonal skills all employees need to succeed. Each training module uses discussion, discovery, how-to videos (wrong, then right), and practice using workplace scenarios. A sampling of possible modules are as follows:
